🛑 Order Cancellation

 

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.

  • If your order has NOT shipped: We can cancel your order for a full refund. We strive to process orders quickly, so please reach out as soon as possible.

  • If your order has already shipped: Once an order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. It must be processed as a standard return (see the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below).

 

🛡️ 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Returns)

 

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products, starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a full refund, your Warm Shoulder Massager must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. A receipt or order number is required.

Defective or Damaged (Upon Arrival) Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Covered by WarmPulse (we provide a prepaid label). 100% Refund (Product + Original Shipping).
Buyer's Remorse (Changed Mind) Must be unused and in resalable condition. Paid by Customer (Original shipping is non-refundable). 100% Refund (Product Cost Only).

 

🔄 Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange your massager, please contact our support team immediately for instructions. We will cover the shipping costs for sending you a replacement unit.

 

💰 Refund Processing

 

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank or credit card company, then contact us at the support email provided below.
